Thanks to a special Teflon coating on the surface of the tank, the products that are being prepared do not stick to the bottom. The tank is specially inclined towards the front for easy preparation of liquid and semi-liquid products. Thanks to the hole in the bottom of the tray, closed with a special plug, liquid and semi-liquid products can be poured directly into the GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 container placed in the cabinet below, depending on the appliance model. This greatly accelerates the work in the kitchen and at the same time allows you to quickly reuse the device for subsequent dishes, which increases its efficiency.
