Made of stainless steel. Equipped with a two-speed filling system: – quick gear for lifting the piston – slow gear (low load) for filling the skins with stuffing. Parts that have contact with food are removable for easy filling and cleaning. Supplied with a set of 4 stainless steel funnels, diameter: ø16, ø22, ø32 and ø38 mm, 180 mm long. Equipped with bearings and gear train made of hardened steel, resistant to pressure.
