The Europa has excellent cooking properties. The high temperature sears meat evenly and quickly, reducing adhesion to the grid even when the grid hasn’t been greased. The three, separately adjustable, lengthwise burners have thermocouple security and electronic ignition. The Europa 3 has a completely black epoxy coated frame with four wheels, two of which are caster wheels, and a secure gas bottle holder. Grease which is drained from meat during cooking is led through a special channel to a grease collector. Thanks to the deep gas bottle holder you can place the gas bottle safely under the barbecue. The Europa 3 is supplied complete with lava rocks and a roasting pan. Griddle surface: 1100 x 500 mm.
