Tap, lid, and stirring part made of PP. Container made of Tritan. Bain-Marie heating system prevents chocolate from burning at the bottom. Container base made of stainless steel, with polycarbonate side walls. Integrated stirring system ensures homogeneous consistency. Equipped with a special anti-drip tap for controlled dispensing. Drip tray fitted with a float indicator warning when full. Overheating protection enhances operational safety. Temperature adjustable from 65°C to 85°C. Required ambient temperature: 10°C to 32°C.
