Freight forwarder or parcel service will deliver your order directly to the address you indicated during the checkout process.

Step by step

 

1. The courier attempts to deliver the package to your address. If he does not meet anyone there, the package is directed to the local branch of the courier company where it will be stored for some days. After that time the package will be returned to our warehouse.

2. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, so that you can track your parcel.

3. Remember to thoroughly check the condition of the package right upon its arrival.
