There can be many reasons for a return - but we've got you covered. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make up your mind and decide whether you want to keep your tools or not.

- The goods should be returned by post, parcel service provider or freight forwarder after consultation with the HENDI customer service.In most cases, the costs are borne by HENDI.
- Returned product should be in their original packaging.
- We will keep you up-to-date regarding the status of your request via email. Additionally, you can always check the current status in your customer account.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to products made on request.

Keep the return and exchange policy below in mind:
You have up to 14 days to return your order.
You can check and track the status of your return.
You can launch a return request within 14 days from receipt of your order.
Goods must be returned in unaltered condition and original packaging.
The return and exchange policy does not apply to products made on request.
Payment will be refunded to your account within approximately 30 days.
