Removable element with automatic switch-off when lifted. Heating indicator lamp showing when the element is operating. Cold zone to maintain oil quality. Temperature adjustable up to 190°C. Security thermostat to prevent overheating. Overheat protection with reset function. Removable oil container for easier cleaning. Frying baskets and lids included.
