Privacy policy and personal data protection

HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o Firmowa 12 street 62-023 Robakowo, NIP 7792270344, REGON 300143173, KRS0000928027, is personal data controller (hereinafter: Data controller).

HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o has appointed a Personal Data Inspector (DPO). DPO is obliged to supervise the compliance of activities performed and to answer all your questions regarding personal data shop@hendi.com

The processing of personal data results from the remote agreement, electronic services agreement (determined in Terms of Use). We process the data based on consent and the legitimate interest of the Data controller and performed by HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o in connection with the conducted business activity.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: 

• processing of orders
• consideration and implementation of the right to warranty, withdrawal from the contract, guarantee
• contact and sending commercial information
• Newsletter subscription

We process only data that is necessary for us for the purposes referred to above, i.e.:

• name and surname, delivery address, 
• e-mail address, telephone number
• company data, tax identification number
• data of the Customer’s employees who conclude the Agreement on Customer’s behalf

HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o is a member of the Hendi capital Group. The companies within the Group share data of customers, contractors and employees in compliance with all safety regulations. 

We provide data only to contractors and subcontractors who meet all technical and organisational measures. You can ask any time, who we share or entrust your data to. You have the right to object to the sharing of your personal data.

You have the following rights:

• right of access
• right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• right to data portability
• right to restriction of processing
• right to object
• right to rectification
• right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

• Personal data collected in connection with the acceptance of the order and performance of the agreement is stored for 5 years until the end of the limitation period of any contractual claims.
• Marketing data is stored for up to 5 years.
