Delivery terms

When shopping on HENDI.com, you can choose from several shipping methods. See how they differ and which one is the best for you.

How to place an order?

Go to HENDI.com website, select appropriate products or accessories and add them to the shopping cart.

Fill in your address and choose the shipping method.

Choose payment method, confirm your purchase and pay for your order.

Your order will be delivered to you in accordance with the selected shipping method as fast as possible or on the day selected by you.

Courier

The courier will deliver your order directly to your specified location. You can choose the time slot in which the package will be delivered to you.

How to order courier delivery?

    When placing an order, tick the box next to the selected shipping method.

    Choose the day and the time slot of the delivery.

Receipt rules

 

1. The courier attempts to deliver the package twice. If the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated twice, the package is directed to the local branch of the courier company where it will be stored for three (3) days. After that time the package will be send back to our warehouse.

2. You will receive an e-mail with the courier phone number which you can use to notify the courier if there won’t be anyone at the indicated address to collect the package.

3. Remember to check the condition of the package.

4. In case of cash on delivery, prepare the exact amount referred to in your invoice upon delivery.
