Made of stainless steel 18/8. Crank handle made of aluminium. Tilting tank for easy unloading of the meat. Double safety locking to prevent accidental dislodging during operation. Manual drive with removable crank handle. Available in 2 drive system versions, depending on the model. - 282168: without gear system for simple and faster mixing. One full turn of the handle rotates the stirrers once. Suitable for approx. 6.5–7 kg of meat. - 282281: with gear system for slower, more controlled mixing with less effort when working with heavier meat mixtures. 3 turns of the handle rotate the stirrers once. Suitable for approx. 13 kg of meat. Removable meat tank and stirrer for thorough cleaning. Cover with handle for the tank included.
