Remember the return/exchange policy below:
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order.
You can check the status of your return/exchange.
You need to submit a statement before the expiry of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Returned goods must be sent back in unaltered condition and in the original packaging.
Return and exchange policy does not apply to products made on request.
Payment shall be refunded to your account within 14 days.
What is the difference between the return and exchange?
When shopping on Hendi.com, there is an important difference between the return and exchange process. In the return process, the consumer withdraws from the contract, which means that the consumer returns the purchased goods without any signs of use and receives a refund. An exchange, on the other hand, involves exchanging the purchased product for another, such as a different size, model or colour. In this case, the consumer does not receive a refund, only a new product. Exchanges and returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the shipment.
