How does it work?

Fill out the form and send your application

Fill in the form and submit your ticket. We will then keep you informed about the status of your ticket. Additionally, you can check it out in your HENDI account.

Service technician visit or pick-up

We will then arrange for a courier to pick up the item.

Repair

While your equipment is being repaired at the service center, we will keep you updated on the status of your complaint.

Return of equipment

After a successful repair, we will send back to you working equipment. However, if it is not possible to repair the fault, we will give you a new product or, if not, a refund.

Collection of damaged equipment by a courier.

Please print the label and have it ready when the courier picks up the item(s).

Replacement product

If you need the damaged equipment in working order right away, you can choose the exchange option. This means that the courier who comes to collect the damaged product(s) will have a replacement for you.

Get the most out of your equipment. We will take care of your equipment quickly, professionally and comprehensively. Without leaving home - we will pick up the equipment, repair it in an authorized service center and deliver it back after repair.

Installation services - we will install and assemble

Don't worry about installing your equipment and choosing the tools you need to do so. Take advantage of our installation services. Our service technicians guarantee safe and professional implementation of services.

Warranty - 2 years as standard, purchase up to 10 years

All our products come with a 2 year warranty. If you want to extend the warranty period - you can do it by purchasing our packages (maximum 10 years).

Doctor service insurance package

We recommend the special insurance package Service Doctor on a door-to-door basis. Choose the package that suits your business. Service Doctor guarantees the arrival of a service technician within 24 hours from the registered request on the service platform. Repair time - 72h.

Carrying service - for large devices

Choosing our lifting service you can be sure that your equipment will be safely delivered to its destination. We guarantee appropriate preparation for lifting large dimensions.

Replacement device - for the time of repair

Have you sent your equipment for repair? Taking care of your business we provide a replacement device for the duration of the service.
