POLAIR cooling chamber consists of sandwich panels (wall, ceiling and floor panels), a set of doors and corner posts and a chiller. Sandwich panel made of two steel sheets (enamelled or stainless steel), installed in impact-resistant PVC profiles; the inside of the panel is tightly filled with polyurethane foam. Panel thickness – 80 mm. Simple “Click-clock” connection of the panels guarantees tightness and high thermal insulation. Swing door with automatic closing and opening function. Door can be mounted on the left or right. Safe opening from inside of the cold room. Chamber lighting for safe use. Galvanized floor, permissible load up to 1500 kgf/m². Chiller mounted on the front wall of the chamber, thermally insulated, electronically controlled. Cooling system with two fans. Refrigerant: R452A. Chiller power: 1800 W. Chamber designed for ambient temperature 5 – 40°C and up to 80% relative humidity. The set of components for installation of the cooling chamber and the chiller is included. Net weight: 434 kg.
