    Subcategories description
    HENDI knives are products with excellent cutting properties, equipped with a very sharp and durable blade and made of high-quality steel. The large selection of knives – from cleavers to bread knives and Japanese knives - is characterised by a precise and ergonomic construction, high reliability and resistance to corrosion. Profi Line knives, for example, are hot-forged from a single piece of steel and, therefore, particularly durable. Additionally, HENDI knives are designed in accordance with HACCP standards and HENDI sharpeners help to prolong the service life of the knives and guarantee consistent and accurate cutting results.
