HENDI deck pizza ovens – single and double chamber – are characterised by a particularly high power output and a wide temperature range. They are professional appliances with housings made primarily from stainless steel and allow for the possibility of baking multiple pizzas at the same time. Thanks to the mineral wool used for heat insulation, these ovens provide for a perfect temperature distribution inside the chamber and a reduced electricity consumption. Chamotte stone at the chamber bottom additionally helps to retain heat and increase baking efficiency. They are available in multiple functional sizes with mechanical and electro-mechanical controls and with heating elements controlled by separate thermostats.
